No — Cyber Dive does not have access to your child's camera, and no photos or video footage from the Aqua One are ever transmitted to Cyber Dive's servers.
How does Nudity Prevention work without accessing the camera?
The Nudity Prevention feature uses an on-device AI model that runs entirely on the Aqua One itself. When your child takes a photo or uses an app that accesses the camera, the AI scans the image locally on the device in real time.
If nudity is detected, the phone locks immediately and you receive an alert through your Parent Dashboard, by text, and by email. The image that triggered the alert is never sent to Cyber Dive — detection happens entirely on the device without any external transmission.
What about the Instant Replay feature?
Instant Replay records screen activity, which may include images your child views on their screen through apps or a browser. This is a recording of the screen display — not a direct camera feed — and is treated with the same strict privacy protections as all other data captured by the Aqua One.
Who can see my child's data?
Only you, as the primary parent, and any users you explicitly invite to your Shared Dashboard can access your child's activity data. Cyber Dive employees do not have access to individual users' monitoring data.
