Cyber Dive® LIFETIME GUARANTEE & WARRANTY POLICY

Cyber Dive is committed to ensuring that customers have a reliable and fully functional device at all times. The Lifetime Guarantee applies to all Aqua One phones purchased either through a one-time payment or a payment plan, as long as the customer's payments remain up to date. This document outlines the details of our Lifetime Guarantee, 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, and Warranty Policy.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a no-questions-asked 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your Aqua One device for any reason within the first 30 days after purchase, you may return it for a full refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The device must be returned in its original condition.

Lifetime Guarantee & Warranty Coverage

After the 30-day period, your Aqua One device is protected under our Lifetime Guarantee as long as your payments are up to date. Under this guarantee:

Repair or Replacement: If your device breaks or stops functioning, contact Cyber Dive customer support at support@cyberdive.co. You will need to cover return shipping to us, and we will repair or replace your device at no additional cost.

Coverage Includes:

Manufacturer defects
Hardware malfunctions
Software issues preventing normal device operation
Battery performance degradation over time
Cracked or severely damaged screens (provided the damage is not a result of intentional misuse)
Lost or Stolen Devices (see verification requirements below)

Lost or Stolen Device Replacement Policy

If your device is lost or stolen, Cyber Dive offers a replacement option under the Lifetime Guarantee, provided the following conditions are met:

The customer must report the loss or theft to Cyber Dive customer support at support@cyberdive.co within seven (7) days of the incident.
The device must be remotely disabled by Cyber Dive to prevent unauthorized use.
The customer must provide a valid police report or other verifiable proof of loss or theft.
A replacement processing fee may apply, based on the time since purchase and current market availability of the device.

Once these conditions are met, Cyber Dive will issue a replacement device. Failure to provide the necessary verification may result in the replacement request being denied.

What is NOT Covered

The Lifetime Guarantee does not cover:

Unauthorized Modifications: Any attempt to modify, root, or jailbreak the device will void the warranty.
Intentional Damage: Devices that have been deliberately damaged, submerged in water beyond IP-rated limits, or otherwise misused are not covered.
Cosmetic Wear and Tear: Minor scratches, dents, and other non-functional damage that does not affect performance.

Device Payment and Ownership

With our pricing options, you can choose to either:

Pay upfront for full ownership of the device and receive our Lifetime Guarantee, ensuring repairs and replacements as long as your account remains in good standing.

Opt for a payment plan to pay off the device over time. The Lifetime Guarantee applies as long as payments remain up to date. If payments are missed, warranty coverage may be suspended until the account is brought current.

By purchasing an Aqua One device, either through a one-time payment or a payment plan, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that the device must be returned or replaced according to our policies when necessary.

Device Availability and Upgrade Policy

Cyber Dive currently provides its services through the Google Pixel 8 device. If this model is no longer available due to discontinuation or inventory limitations, Cyber Dive will provide a comparable replacement device. However, in the event of a technology upgrade or transition to a newer model, an upgrade fee may apply. The upgrade fee will be based on the cost difference between the original device and the new model.

Customers will be notified in advance of any required upgrades and associated costs. If an upgraded device is required and a customer chooses not to proceed with the upgrade, warranty coverage may be limited to available stock of previous models, or the customer may need to transition to a new device plan.
