Can Cyber Dive See Nudity Prevention Photos?

No. Cyber Dive cannot see the photos scanned by the Nudity Prevention feature. Detection happens entirely on-device, and no images are transmitted to Cyber Dive's servers.

Updated May 14, 2026

Cyber Dive has access to view photos detected as containing nudity, but all data is stored in encrypted format. It is decrypted only when displayed on the Parent Dashboard to you, the parent.

Here's how it works:

  1. AI Detection: The Nudity Prevention feature uses an on-device AI model trained to detect nudity. The model processes data from Instant Replay to identify potential issues.

  2. Encryption & Storage: Any image flagged as containing nudity is securely encrypted and stored on our system.

  3. Parental Control & Deletion: If you choose to deactivate your account and delete your data, all stored images and related data are permanently deleted — just like every other feature tied to your Parent Dashboard.

Who at Cyber Dive can access these images?

Access to encrypted user data is strictly controlled and limited to authorized personnel for the purpose of maintaining platform security and safety compliance. Cyber Dive does not use nudity detection images for any commercial purpose and does not share them with third parties.

Can I delete the images from my dashboard?

Yes — from your Parent Dashboard, you can review a Nudity Prevention alert and choose to delete the associated media at any time. If you deactivate your account, all data including flagged images is permanently deleted from our systems.

Your child's privacy and safety are our top priorities. If you have questions, reach out through the Parent Dashboard.
