Where does Aqua One ship?
Currently, the Aqua One ships within the United States only. We're working on expanding to additional countries and hope to make the Aqua One available to families internationally in the future. If you'd like to be notified when shipping expands to your country, let us know.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 7–10 business days after your purchase is confirmed. Once your Aqua One has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your order's journey to your door.
Will I get a confirmation email?
Yes — you'll receive an order confirmation email shortly after purchase at the email address you provided at checkout. Keep an eye on your inbox, and check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it within a few minutes. A second email with tracking details will arrive once your order has shipped.
Can I expedite shipping?
At this time, Cyber Dive does not offer expedited shipping options. All orders ship via standard delivery within the 7–10 business day window.
