Planning a trip and wondering about the Aqua One's connectivity? Here's what you need to know!

Wi-Fi Connectivity:

The Aqua One works seamlessly while traveling abroad. Your child can enjoy browsing, streaming, and using apps as long as there's a Wi-Fi connection available — and monitoring will sync to your Parent Dashboard in real time over Wi-Fi just as it does at home.

Cellular Connectivity:

For cellular access abroad, reach out to your network provider for information on international coverage options.

What international options are available?

  • International plan: Most major US carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile) offer international data and calling add-ons. Contact your carrier before traveling to enable international coverage.

  • Local SIM card: For extended stays abroad, purchasing a local SIM at your destination is often more cost-effective. The Aqua One supports standard Nano-SIM and eSIM.

  • Google Fi: If you're on Google Fi, international data is typically included at no extra charge in many countries.

Will monitoring continue abroad?

Yes — as long as the Aqua One has an internet connection (Wi-Fi or cellular data), all monitoring continues exactly as it does at home, with activity syncing to your Parent Dashboard in real time.
