We designed the Aqua One to give families the flexibility they deserve. Whether you're looking for cellular service or just want to use Wi-Fi, the Aqua One works for everyone. It will run on Wi-Fi without a SIM card, but keep in mind you'll need third-party apps for calling and texting without one.

What are my options for getting cellular service?
Add to your existing plan: Contact your carrier and ask to add a new Google Pixel 9 device. They'll help you set up a new line or transfer an existing number.
eSIM: The Aqua One supports eSIM, allowing you to activate service digitally without a physical SIM card. Contact your carrier for eSIM setup instructions.
Wi-Fi only: If you prefer not to add cellular service, the Aqua One works fully over Wi-Fi. Monitoring will sync to your Parent Dashboard whenever the device is connected.
