Resolve a Lost Aqua One Shipment

Aqua One shipment lost? Follow these three steps to report it through your Parent Dashboard and get a resolution.

If your Aqua One package is experiencing delivery delays or the tracking link is not updating, we are here to help!

Step 1: Go to your Parent Dashboard.
Head to your Parent Dashboard to talk to our live Customer Care agents. Let them know your package has not been delivered or that the tracking has not updated.
Important: Please make sure it's been at least 5 days since the last tracking update before reaching out.

Step 2: We will handle it from there.
Our team will contact the shipping carrier and start an investigation to find your package.

Step 3: We will follow up until the problem is fixed.
You'll get updates from us as we follow through. Whether we recover the original shipment or send a replacement, we'll make sure you're taken care of.

What if I don't have a Parent Dashboard yet?

If your Aqua One hasn't arrived and you haven't been able to set up your dashboard yet, contact us through the chatbot on our website. Select "Get More Help" to submit a support ticket. Include your order number and the email address used at checkout so our team can locate your order quickly.

What if my tracking says delivered but I didn't receive it?

Contact us immediately — our team will investigate with the carrier and work toward a resolution, which may include sending a replacement device.
