What happens after I submit a ticket?
Our Customer Care team will contact the shipping carrier to attempt to reroute or hold the package. Depending on where the shipment is in transit, we may be able to redirect it to the correct address. If the package has already been delivered to the wrong location, we will work with you to find the best resolution — which may include sending a replacement device.
