Aqua One gives you the flexibility to customize your child's digital experience. It doesn't lock you into strict screen time limits — because we know every family is different. Rather than imposing one-size-fits-all restrictions, Aqua One focuses on giving you full visibility into what your child is actually doing online, so you can make informed decisions that fit your family's values.

If screen time management is important to you, we've got you covered! During setup, use Google Family Link — it's free, simple to set up, and allows you to control screen time, app usage, and content filters.

How to set up screen time limits with Google Family Link:

  1. Download the Google Family Link app on your phone (available for iOS and Android).

  2. Link your account to your child's Google account on the Aqua One.

  3. In the Family Link app, go to Controls > Screen time > Set a schedule to create daily limits and downtime windows.

  4. You can also restrict specific apps or set different rules for school days vs. weekends.

Does monitoring continue during screen time downtime?

Yes — Aqua One's monitoring runs independently of Google Family Link. Even when the screen is locked by Family Link, all activity that occurs is still captured and synced to your Parent Dashboard.

You're in control. Aqua One empowers you to create a digital environment that fits your family's needs.
