Does Cyber Dive Offer Over-The-Phone Support?

Cyber Dive doesn't offer phone support, but you can get fast help by submitting a support ticket through the chat on the Parent Dashboard or Cyber Dive website.

At this time, Cyber Dive does not offer over-the-phone support. The fastest way to reach our team for help is through the live chat on your Parent Dashboard — just open app.cyberdive.co, tap the chat bubble, and you'll be connected to a real Customer Care agent.

If you haven't set up your Aqua One yet or can't access your dashboard, you can also reach us through the chatbot located on our website. At the end of the chat, select "Get More Help" to submit a support ticket. Our team will follow up by the next business day (often sooner).
