Can Shared Users See My Saved Videos?

Nope! Saved Instant Replay videos are private to each dashboard user. Shared users can only see their own saved clips, and you can't see theirs.

No — only you can see the videos you've saved. What you choose to save on your Parent Dashboard is yours and yours alone.

  • Each person with access to the Shared Dashboard has their own private list of saved items.

  • No one else can see what you've saved, and you can't see theirs.

Your privacy is fundamental to building trust. You get full control over what you save and monitor without anyone else looking over your shoulder.

What CAN shared users see?

Shared dashboard users can see:

  • Your child's real-time Online Activity Feed

  • The App List showing installed and recently used apps

They cannot change account settings, review Nudity Prevention alerts, deactivate monitoring, add or remove other shared users, or access your saved Instant Replay clips.

Why is it designed this way?

Each shared user may have different reasons for saving certain clips — whether for their own reference, to share with a school counselor, or to discuss with a therapist. Keeping saved content private ensures every parent or caregiver maintains full autonomy over what they choose to document, without other shared users being able to view or interfere with those decisions.
