No worries. If the update is not showing up yet, try these quick steps:
Make sure the Aqua One is connected to the internet.
Then go to Settings, tap System, then System Updates.
From there, tap the blue refresh arrow in the top right corner.
That usually does the trick.
If you're fully up to date, tapping the refresh button will show a screen confirming that your child's Aqua One is up to date.

Why might an update not appear automatically?
A few things can prevent an update from showing up:
Weak or no internet connection — the device needs to be online to check for updates
Low storage — if the device has less than 15 GB free, updates may not download
A previous failed update — try restarting the device and checking again
What if the refresh doesn't show an update I was told about?
Updates roll out gradually to all devices over a short period of time. If you don't see it immediately after a refresh, try again in a few hours. If it still hasn't appeared after 24 hours, contact our Customer Care team through your Parent Dashboard.
