How to Confirm Your Aqua One Update Succeeded

Learn the two easy ways to confirm your Aqua One update is installed successfully via on-screen notification or the System Updates settings page.

Updated May 14, 2026

Confirming a successful update is quick and straightforward.

After you tap "Install Now" and it finishes successfully, a page will pop up letting you know the update was successful. You will also receive a notification once it is installed.

If you're updating manually, you'll need to reboot your device to complete the process — and the restart button will be right there on the screen to make it easy.

You can also verify by going to Settings > System > System Updates. Tap the refresh button in the top right corner, and if the screen says "Up to date", the update went through successfully.

What if the screen doesn't say "Up to date" after restarting?

If the System Updates screen still shows an available update after the restart, the installation may not have completed. Try the following:

  1. Make sure your Wi-Fi connection is strong and stable.

  2. Check that at least 15 GB of storage is available on the device.

  3. Tap the update again and select "Install Now".

If the issue persists after a second attempt, contact our Customer Care team through the live chat on your Parent Dashboard. Our team can look into the update status and help get your device fully up to date.
