The Aqua One's monthly subscription of $69 includes a nationwide cellular plan with unlimited talk and text. You will not need to add them to an existing plan or pay any additional fees for cellular service.
Yes, your child’s data is very secure. Cyber Dive does not see your data and we do not share your data with any outside entities including our network or service providers. Only you can access your child's data. Cyber Dive's web application uses HSTS to force a secure TLS connection that encrypts all traffic to and from the app. We encrypt or hash all sensitive information before storing it. For encryption, we use AES-256 in CBC mode with securely generated and unique salts.
Our cloud servers are distributed, air gapped, and data is chunked and stored in a non-attributable fashion. This means that no one can access our data servers from the public, and your child's data is stored in tiny pieces that would only make sense one they are assembled. It's just like if your child's data was on paper: our software and AI shred the paper, and then place each individual shred in multiple locations across the country. Once they are put back together (like we do for your dashboard), they make sense. But individually, it's just a bunch of random junk.

Your parent dashboard allows you to monitor the activity of every app that is installed on your child’s Aqua One. This includes all text messages and Mental Health Check responses.
Cyber Dive offers free replacements for damaged Aqua One devices. Tap the icon in the top right of your Home View and select 'Edit Devices'. Choose the device you would like to replace and submit your replacement request.
When you receive your child's Aqua One, you will create an account on Cyber Dive's web application. All of your child's activity will be presented on your user-friendly parent dashboard for a simple, seamless monitoring experience. The Cyber Dive parental monitoring web application is compatible on iOS and Android mobile devices.
After successfully creating your Cyber Dive account and connecting your child’s Aqua One device to your parent dashboard, you will begin seeing the entirety of your child’s data within 24 hours. Certain actions like text messages, phone calls and Mental Health Checks will present themselves immediately.
Once your Aqua One order has shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information and can expect to receive your order approximately two days after shipment.
Your child's Aqua One will be assigned the area code associated with your billing address when purchasing the smartphone.
Follow the steps found on the instruction card within your Aqua One box. You will need your own mobile phone in order to create your Cyber Dive account and complete the setup process. Your child’s Aqua One will activate when successfully connected to your Cyber Dive account.
Cyber Dive is a web application that can be saved to your iOS or Android mobile device's home screen.
For iOS devices, visit Cyber Dive's login page in your Safari browser on your mobile device, tap "share" in the bottom navigation bar, scroll down until you see "Add to Home Screen" and click "Add".
For Android devices, visit Cyber Dive's website in your Chrome browser on your mobile device, tap the menu icon in the right-hand corner, click "Add to Home Screen", enter the name for the shortcut and click "Add".
Aqua One's monthly subscription includes unlimited data with 5 GB of ultra-high-speed data.
You will be notified when your child has used 75% of their monthly ultra-high-speed data and may purchase an additional 1 GB for $7 or 3 GB for $17.
If your Aqua One has not yet shipped and you would like to cancel your order, reach out to customer support and we will issue you a refund.
Once your Aqua One has shipped to you, you will need to cancel your subscription from within your parent dashboard. Since it is a no contract month-to-month subscription, you will no longer be charged and will be sent a prepaid shipping label to return your device.
Aqua Ones can only be ordered from Cyber Dive’s website.
If you need your child’s Aqua One shut off/disabled, contact our technical support team. Once your request is received, you can expect your child’s device to be completely disabled within an hour.
Nope. The Aqua One operates as a normal Android smartphone with the added Mental Health Check feature. Your child cannot access any of their monitored activity and their smartphone experience is not impacted by it in any way.
Your parent dashboard does not allow you to control which apps your child can download onto their Aqua One. They will have full access to the Google Play Store. As a parent, you will be able to see every app they have downloaded along with every detail of their activity each time they open an app.
Absolutely! When you activate your child's new Aqua One, you can transfer their previous phone number to their Aqua One device.
Yes, your parent dashboard can be accessed from any iOS or Android mobile device as long as it has internet access.
Your Aqua One subscription will be set to auto-pay once the phone is shipped to you. This means your monthly subscription total will be charged to the billing card on file each month. All billing information can be managed in your parent dashboard settings.
Lost or stolen Aqua Ones are completely covered under unlimited free replacements. Reach out to our technical support team, we will remotely disable the device, and send you a new one. You will receive an email with tracking information and can expect to receive your new Aqua One in 3-5 business days.
Your parent dashboard does not include screen time controls or enforce screen time limitations because that’s not what we’re about. Screen time limits don’t stop bad things from happening, they just make it so that they only happen during certain times of the day. We believe monitoring all of their Aqua One activity is a much more powerful parenting tool.
Once you submit your replacement request and ship the damaged Aqua One using the shipping label provided, you can expect to receive an email with the tracking information of your new device. It takes approximately 3-5 business days to arrive.
Yes. Reach out to technical support through your parent dashboard and we can change the phone number associated with your child’s device. You may not request a specific number.
